Regarding the cloud book, bought it at Kinokuniya (A japanese Book Store). But this book may be out of stock since it came out last year Dec. It is volume 1. I think volume 2 will be out this year dec.

I got mine from amazon.co.jp. I also preordered my tsubasa calendar from cdjapan~
